Ceteris require a general handyperson for the planned and reactive maintenance and customisation of our prestigious business property portfolio across Clackmannanshire & Stirling.
Candidates must have a good understanding of Health & Safety responsibilities and requirements. The individual will join our established maintenance team and a driving licence is essential.
General experience in some or all of the following aspects would be required:
- General building and maintenance work
- Light, basic Joinery work & refurbishments of existing offices
- Kitchen installations
- Plastering / Ames taping
- Floor & wall tiling
- Gutter cleaning/repairs
- Painting
- Portering

Pay Rate – £24,151

Hours – Monday to Friday 8am To 4.30pm (37.5hrs pw)
