Ceteris require two multi-skilled trades people for the planned and reactive maintenance and customisation of our prestigious property portfolio within Central Scotland.
Candidates must have a good understanding of basic H&S responsibilities / requirement.
Duties will involve
- All Round Building and Maintenance
- Joinery Work, Refurbishment, Fit Out
- Kitchen and Toilet Installations
- Plastering
- Tiling
The individuals will join our established maintenance team and a driving licence is essential.
Details
Location – Clackmannanshire
Hours – Monday to Friday 8am To 4.30pm (37.5hrs pw)
6 months contract with an opportunity for a full-time position after 6 months
