Who is Scotia Homecare Solutions?
Scotia Healthcare Solutions started off 4 years ago delivering Temporary staff to Care homes Across Scotland, due to the success, they started Scotia Homecare Solutions, in May 2021 and now also provide home care services across Stirling and Alloa. Having started off with just the Director they now employ 34 staff in the Homecare division and circa 40 in the temporary agency Division. Scotia has put a lot of thought into how they can give back to the community and provide a great workspace for their staff, separating their office here in Alloa to also provides a breakout area for the Care Staff.
Why choose Ceteris?
Originally Scotia was based in a council run building in Cumbernauld, which caused some issues in order to grow and support their staff as they could not access the building after 6pm which was essential. Now, in their Ceteris premises, they have 24-hour access.
The property has “ticked all the boxes” according to Scotia’s Client Service Director, Tommy Adair.
The building is in the perfect location, including a hub, training and break rooms which have been brilliant for new staff joining the company.
We were delighted to hear that Scotia found moving into the Ceteris property to be a smooth process. The Maintenance team arranged for some bespoke alterations to the office to ensure the right mix of space for their needs.
