This two-hour training session on Excellent Communicationoffers a focused and practical look at three key areas: body language, verbal language, and written communication. Through interactive facilitation, participants will explore how non-verbal cues impact trust and engagement, how to speak with clarity and confidence, and how to craft written messages that are professional, concise, and effective. Whether communicating one-to-one, in teams, or across the organisation, this session equips participants with the tools to connect with impact and communicate with intention and positive outcome.
This session will be delivered by Wendy Chalmers Mill, the founder of the Humanology Business. Wendy is a corporate coach & NLP practitioner who is also trained physiotherapist and ergonomics expert with more than 37 years of experience helping employers ensure that people can perform at their best thus allowing for sustainable corporate growth.
